Locate your WillowEngine.ini and open in notepad

Find
[VoIP]
VolumeThreshold=0.2
bHasVoiceEnabled=false

change to
[VoIP]
VolumeThreshold=0.1
bHasVoiceEnabled=true

this should help those with mic problems and not being able to talk to anyone, for some reason the 0.2 setting caused mics not to be loud enough.

Hope this helps
