To Run Borderlands in a Window

To Run Borderlands in a Window hit ALT+ENTER the game will remember it was in a window on next start, I haven't found a command to tell it to start that way by default without first starting the game and hitting the key combo. To undo Fullscreen use ALT+ENTER whichever way you leave it, fullscreen or windowed, it will start up that way on next run.
